Fixing Empty Populated User Principal Field in User Objects in Active Directory

Couple of handy scripts I wrote to audit and fix (populate empty) user principal fields for user objects in active directory. One organisation I worked for had not bothered to include the field as part of their user creation and when they implemented their Identity system it became a mandatory requirement so we had to fix it up.
