Lex available in ap-southeast-2 & with Connect!

AWS announced on Dec 17, 2019 Amazon Lex is now available in the Sydney region. That is big news for us down under !
Further to this AWS also announced on Jan 15, 2020 that lex was now available via Connect! 😀 The CX experience is becoming more complete for our data sov concerns here in NZ.
